Fabaje (https://fabaje.com) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the foundation of the agreement between Fabaje and its members. All rules set out in this document apply equally to all members.
Fabaje reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email, and the website will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.
To open an account and use services on Fabaje, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of Fabaje by minors is strictly prohibited.
- You must access the platform from a country or region where online betting is not legally prohibited.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Fabaje reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are created under the same name.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or terminated.
- It is your own responsibility to ensure you are in a sound state of mind and betting of your own free will.
Warning: Fabaje may request identity verification at any time for age verification purposes. If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, the account will be temporarily suspended.
Once you have successfully registered on Fabaje, you will have a personal account. You are fully responsible for keeping that account secure. The following account rules must be followed:
- Never share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
- After logging in, if you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Fabaje support immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
- Submitting a copy of a national ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
- Your account must have at least one active phone number and email address on file.
Fabaje reserves the right to temporarily restrict transactions on any account pending verification. This is a security measure, not a penalty.
Fabaje currently supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
- Processing time: Deposits are generally instant; withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
- In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, Fabaje reserves the right to place a hold on funds while an investigation is ongoing.
Please note: Fabaje never imposes hidden charges on any transaction. However, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to a technical error, notify the support team within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may be harder to investigate.
Fabaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. However, all bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be fulfilled:
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the minimum wagering requirement must be met.
- Wagering requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is specified individually — typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
- Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated solely on the basis of real-money losing bets.
- Only one account per device, IP address, or household is eligible to receive bonuses.
- Fabaje reserves the right to void any bonus if bets placed using bonus balance are found to violate the bonus terms.
- Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
Fabaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Accounts found to be abusing bonus policies or engaging in bonus hunting may be closed.
The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Fabaje:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Fabaje offers that option.
- If incorrect odds are displayed for any event due to a technical error, Fabaje reserves the right to void the bet or re-settle it at the corrected odds.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- For live betting, if your internet connection drops, the last confirmed bet will be considered final.
- Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event ("arbitrage betting") may result in both bets being voided.
- Fabaje's odds-setting process is fully automated and impartial.
In the event of any dispute regarding betting results, the records of the international sports data provider will be considered final.
Any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation of Fabaje's terms and conditions and may result in immediate account suspension as well as potential legal action:
- Attempting to access an account through fraud, hacking, or any other unlawful means.
- Using Fabaje for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
- Match fixing or betting using insider information.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets or manage your account.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account or personal information.
- Filing false complaints or unsubstantiated chargeback requests against Fabaje.
If any of the above activities are detected, Fabaje reserves the right to seize all associated funds and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

- Information may be shared when required by legal obligations or at the request of a regulatory authority.
- User activity is monitored to improve platform quality and prevent fraud.
- All data is secured through SSL encryption.

- Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Members have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the platform ("self-exclusion").
- For betting limit changes, increases take up to 48 hours to take effect, while decreases are applied immediately.

Fabaje may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- Registering with false information.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
Members can contact the support team at any time to close their account. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.
For any dispute with Fabaje, please follow the process outlined below:
- Step 1: Reach out to our support team via email or live chat with the details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may file a formal complaint with our Compliance department.
- Step Three: You may contact our licensing authority, whose details are available after logging into your account.
During the dispute resolution process, the relevant funds or account may be temporarily placed on hold. This is standard security procedure.
Fabaje reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:
- You will be notified at least 7 days in advance to your registered email (for significant changes).
- The "Last Updated" date on the website will be revised accordingly.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account and your withdrawable balance will be returned.
